Each Men's Yoga class is taught with the foundational principles of Viniyoga in the tradition of Acharya T. Krishnamacharya.
Each class will allow the practitioner to utilise the tools of this ancient form of yoga. The practices will include Viniyoga principles, taken from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, classical asana (the physical postures), appropriate mantras (chants), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and meditation.
The tools will be adapted to suit each individual's needs and capabilities. These classes are designed to steady the mind, body and the senses.
